Appointments

If you call or text on a Sunday, Monday, or another day we are closed, please allow some extra time for a response. Our days off are reserved for family time and appointments.

Whenever possible, please text rather than call, as we can usually respond more quickly. If you leave a voicemail, we will return your call as soon as possible, typically the following morning.

If you prefer a specific day or time for your appointments, ask us about setting up a recurring grooming schedule. This is the best way to help ensure your preferred appointment time remains available.

Holiday appointments fill quickly, so please schedule well in advance.

Waiting, Rush, Cageless & Special-Needs Appointments

If you or your dog require a grooming appointment to be completed straight through without an extended stay, these appointments are currently available only at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM.

Limiting these appointments to early time slots helps us keep dogs calm and comfortable while also staying on schedule for our regular drop-off clients.

Please let us know when booking if you require this type of appointment. These time slots often fill several weeks in advance, so planning ahead is strongly recommended.
