Appointments:
If you call or text on a Sunday, Monday or any other day we are closed, please be patient. Those days are spent with our kids either having quality time or running to Dr. appointments. If at all possible please text me and I can usually get back to you quicker that way if you leave a voicemail I will get back to you the next morning. If you have a certain day or time you always prefer please ask about setting up your appointments on a reoccurring schedule so you are not disappointed if it’s not available. PLEASE start booking your holiday appointments well before the season as they go quickly!

Waiting/Rush/Cageless/Special needs: If you or your pet have circumstances that need us to do them straight through, we are now only doing those appointments at 8:00am or 9:00am. This is in order to keep pets calm during grooming and to prevent running late on our drop off clients. Please inform me when you call or text to book, and plan ahead as these time slots book out several weeks in advance! There is also an added fee to the grooming fee for this service.
